🫐 Jamun Shots Recipe | Refreshing Summer Cooler

✨ Ingredients (for 4 shots):

Jamun (Black Plum) – 1 cup (seed removed)

Black Salt (Kala Namak) – 1/2 tsp

Regular Salt – 1/4 tsp

Sugar – 1.5 tbsp (adjust as per taste)

Chaat Masala – 1/2 tsp

Mint Leaves (Pudina) – 6-8 leaves

Ice Cubes – as needed

Water – 1/4 cup (for blending)


For Glass Rim Decoration:

Lemon slice – for coating glass edge

Chaat Masala + Red Chilli Powder – mix in equal quantity

🧊 Instructions:

1. Prep the Rim:

Rub lemon slice on the rim of shot glasses.

Dip the rim in the chaat masala–red chilli powder mix to coat evenly.



2. Make the Jamun Shot:

In a blender, add:

Deseeded jamuns

Black salt, salt, sugar, chaat masala

Mint leaves

Ice cubes

Water


Blend to a smooth, chilled, and thick consistency.



3. Strain (Optional):

If desired, strain the mixture for a smoother texture.



4. Serve:

Pour the chilled jamun mix into decorated shot glasses.

Garnish with a mint leaf or a slice of jamun.



5. Enjoy Immediately!

Best served chilled.
