Once Phase 1 is behind us, our focus turns towards developing your interior design!

For our Silver clients, we will discuss your interior preferences using Houzz or other images you may have collected, then develop CAD drawings, a detailed 3D model, and virtual walkthroughs showing millwork, ceiling treatments, electrical plans, and placeholder fixtures and finishes for your review and comment.

If you’ve retained us for Gold or Platinum interior design, our designers will schedule a series of meetings and showroom visits to review your interior images, provide initial materials and fixture specifications and samples for your consideration, and incorporate your choices into your 3D/VR interior model. VR is the best way to analyze interior ceiling heights, sight lines, and see where your selected materials will be placed. Making changes in VR is free; having your GC make changes during construction is not! Speaking of costs, we will closely track the total price of all of your finish selections. We do not receive a commission or referral fee from any vendor, and any trade discounts we receive are passed on directly to you. Finally, you and your builder will receive a comprehensive interior drawing package and finish schedule to help facilitate ordering, and construction!
