This special end-of-year yoga class is a chance to reflect on the past year and set intentions for the year ahead. After a gentle warm-up we will flow through a series of poses designed to strengthen and stretch the body, as well as calm the mind. Throughout the class, we will take time to connect with our breath and find moments of stillness and relaxation. The class will end with a guided meditation and savasana, a chance to fully relax. We take the opportunity to consciously look at the past year, what has moved us, the insights we have received and where past experiences have taken us. With this awareness we prepare ourselves for the new year.
