This Training of Trainers (ToT) session on Conflict Resolution, Mediation, Pre-emption, and Minority Rights was organized to strengthen participants’ understanding of peaceful conflict management, dialogue facilitation, and inclusive approaches to protecting minority rights.

The training focuses on equipping trainers, community leaders, and development practitioners with practical tools to:
1) Identify and address community-level conflicts through mediation and negotiation techniques
2) Promote pre-emptive strategies to prevent conflicts before escalation
3) Foster respect, tolerance, and protection of minority rights
4) Build a cadre of certified trainers who can replicate peace-building and rights-based sessions in their respective communities
5) This initiative reflects ECI’s commitment to promoting peace, inclusivity, and social cohesion across Pakistan through capacity building and rights awareness.
