GOLANI BLACK | ISRAEL | 46%
Golani Distillery is located in Katzrin, overlooking the Sea Of Galilee.
The Golani Black is one of the core range expressions, distilled from 50% barley, 50% wheat, and matured in new charred American oak barrels at an elevation of 1300 feet above sea level. The result is a deep, rich, contemplating whisky with dominant notes of oak, licorice, caramel, Vanilla, cacao, cedar and a dry salty finish.

M&H ELEMENTS SHERRY | ISRAEL | 46%
M&H distillery is located in Tel-Aviv, and makes a wide variety
of intriguing whiskeys! The Elements Sherry is aged in a combination of ex-bourbon barrels, Oloroso & Pedro Ximenez sherry casks. The result is a wonderful balance of classic notes of malt,
oak, dried fruits, dark chocolate and tobacco.

SLINGSHOT ORIGINAL | ISRAEL | 45%
Slingshot distillery is located in the Ella Valley on the site of David’s legendary battle with Goliath. In essence, Slingshot makes an Israeli "Kentucky Style Whiskey" from domestically produced grains, combined in a mash of 60% corn, 30% wheat and 10% malted barley. The spirit is then matured in charred American oak barrels, concluding the journey and presenting a vibrant, deep flavor with notes of caramel, spices, sour dough bread, pastry sweetness and a sweet tonka-bean finish.

YERUSHALMI MOUNT MORIAH | ISRAEL | 46%
Yerushalmi is a craft distillery, located at moshav Zano'ah, between Beit Shemesh and Jerusalem, producing Israeli peated whisky! Mount Moriah is their first expression, peated to a level of 35PPM, and matured in new charred French oak, and finished in Rum barrels. The flavor profile is astonishing and surprises with a fresh wood smoke aroma, a creamy sweet & smoky flavor with notes of brown sugar, mustard and a malty oaky finish.
