Baking iranian dish with smoked eggplant : Cooking local pumpkin in my villag oven/Mirzaghasemi

Have you ever cooked with grilled eggplant, see how delicious it is??
This dish is special for the people of northern Iran, its name is Mirzagasemi, and there are different ways to make it, so I chose a simple and easy way that you can make and enjoy
Next to it, I cooked a local and organic pumpkin with a simple method on a wood stove and we ate it as dessert.
My son Shahriar and my grandmother also accompanied me in this video.

Ingredients for six people

Eggplant: two kilograms
Tomatoes: ten medium ones
Garlic: 6 cloves
Eggs: 3 pcs
Oil: 8 tablespoons
Dry mint: 1 tablespoon
Salt and pepper: as needed
