Intersection car crash in Oviedo, FL July 16th 2023

Came up on this crash where this car was turning however could not see around the left turning lane on the other side and thought he could make it. Everyone was moving around as I was passing by just not getting out of the cars. The interesting part was that when bystanders saw the crash like this white SUV in front of me they literally left their car in an active turn lane which made for another dangerous situation.
