In this video, I’m sharing my ‘Top 10 Plant-Based Superfoods’, which are packed with vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, fiber, and longevity-boosting compounds.

1. Fermented Organic Soy (Tempeh & Nattō)

Forget the estrogen myth. It’s not backed by research.
Fermented soy is loaded with probiotics, protein, and spermidine (for autophagy + longevity).
Opt for organic to avoid pesticide exposure.

2. Avocados

A daily avocado = brain fuel, cholesterol support, and better skin.
Rich in healthy fats, magnesium, B-vitamins, and antioxidants like astaxanthin.

3. Purple Potatoes

Steam and chill for 12 hours to turn starch into gut-healing prebiotic fiber.
