More details - https://globecore.com. Oil filtration. The UVR-L laboratory filtration unit is designed for purification, clarification and restoration of performance of used oil with viscosity below 70 cSt at 20ºС.

The unit efficiently operates with the following products:

transformer oil;
industrial oil;
turbine oil;
heating oil;
diesel fuel;
gas condensate etc.

The UVR-L unit can be used for:

optimization of used oil purification using the UVR unit;
testing of various adsorbent efficiency;
evaluation of final purification degree, rate of filtration and -
adsorbent consumption when processing an oil product without the need to use the large UVR unit.

UVR-L components

The UVR-L lab unit includes the following components:

regeneration module;
frame
vacuum chamber
vacuum pump
control cabinet
coalescer dryer
piping.

Principle of operation

The regeneration module is filled with the required amount of regenerating adsorbent and then with oil. Heating is engaged.

The oil passes through the powder and flows into the vacuum chamber. The vacuum pump creates vacuum in the chamber. The regenerated oil is drained from the chamber through a tap.
The regeneration module is a vessel which is half filled with the regenerating powder, which regenerates the oil. The top of module is equipped with a lid, through which the module is filled with regenerating powder and oil.

The lower part of the module consists of a rubber sleeve filled with regenerating powder and the lower lid, through which the module is vacuumized, regenerated oil is removed and the exhausted regenerating power extracted.

The external surface of the module is wrapped with an electric heating band and heat insulation.
