Artist Check in with Hilary Hahn Part Two: Avery Fisher Prize Edition

‪@hilaryhahnvideos‬ has been awarded the 2024 Avery Fisher Prize for her outstanding artistic achievement and leadership in classical music. WQXR's Elliott Forrest caught up with the violinist and three-time Grammy Award winner to discuss this exciting moment in her career.
Hilary also won the 1995 Avery Fisher Career Grant, of which WQXR has been a broadcast partner since the first Career Grants were awarded, a relationship spanning 47 years.
