This is my second tens unit that I’m buying. I absolutely love it and my husband and I both use these all the time. My husband has a neck issue that flares up with stress or poor sleep and his muscles get so tight that he is in constant pain and can’t rotate his neck. One session with this will help him to loosen enough that he can get some movement and stretch it out. A couple of years ago I broke my knee cap and I used a tens unit in physical therapy and the home treatment continues to be useful for my aches and pains. This one is straight-forward and easy to use.
