Beginners Rock Painting Tutorial - Single Red Poppy - Remembrance Day

Poppies for Remembrance along with being a beautiful symbol to remember those who have passed in the service of their countries they are lovely to look at and very simple to paint. :) And did you know it is the 100th anniversary of the Poppy for Remembrance 1918-2018

In this lesson I share my step by step painting lesson for a lovely poppy flower in a simple landscape on a rock. It is easy to paint on a smooth rock. The rock was painted with the white paint first and then dried.
Each step is easy and the finished piece is so surprising! I love the magic of the water drop and how quickly it goes in.
