"There's RESISTANCE To Multiculturalism!" - Northern Ireland Court 'Disapplies' Rwanda Bill

The Government says they will not allow Northern Ireland to be the exception to the UK’s Rwanda scheme after a court judgment in Belfast.

The ruling delivered in the High Court on Monday would disapply large sections of the UK’s Illegal Migration Act in Northern Ireland.

Mr Shapps said: “We will ensure we will do everything that’s required to make sure … that Northern Ireland can’t be in this position. Because we believe firmly in being able to control our own borders.

“We are absolutely going to appeal that ruling.

“We won’t let Northern Ireland be an exception – exemption – to the rule in the United Kingdom.”
