As per Jackson- "The Antix brings play, river running and creeking together into a one-boat-fits-all package. We’ve taken the best selling kayak in its class and added more speed, comfort, ease and play to give you the Antix 2.0." I paddled the Antix 2.0 in a wide variety of whitewater for this review and I have to say it blew me away. Jackson threw away all the things that made the original Antix goofy and slow, and replaced them with a fast, high performace 8.5 foot boat that accidentally picked up where the Dagger Axiom left off.

With a platform more similar to the Jackson Zen 3.0, than the narrower profile I was expecting like the Nirvana, or the Zen 2.0 the Antix 2.0 is stablie, predictable, surfs waves extremely well, and is just an all around fun boat. From steep creeking, to surfing little waves in Class 2 the Antix 2.0 is very good at almost everything.
