Haiti - Joint International Police Op Set Up

(4 Oct 1994) US military police and international police monitors joined forces
on Tuesday (4.10) with the haitian military police to set up joint
operations. Haitian military police headquarters are being used as
a base for the operation. Lieutenant Colonel Oscar Martinez of the
Argentinian police contingent in Haiti said their mission was to
work with other forces to restore order to the Haitian capital,
Port-au-Prince.
