Today I’m reacting to the brand new music video from Bright Eyes "1st World Blues". I’ve always had a soft spot for Conor Oberst, so I’m excited to share my honest thoughts on this one. Bright Eyes has always carried that folk and emo reputation, but this song leans into ska punk and New York grit. It was totally unexpected and I’m here for it.
