Masterbuilt Gravity Series 560 - Boneless Pork Butts

On this video I smoke up 2 boneless pork butts overnight on the Masterbuilt Gravity Series 560!! This cook wasn't so much about the meat but more to see how the MB560 handles a all nighter in the cold! I cooked these butts fat cap down and rubbed them down with some SuckleBusters Hog Waller and SPG! The meat turned out really good and once again I am impressed with the MB560 and how well it ran for me! I got my words mixed up at the end but just to be clear I smoke most of my butts fat cap down!
