Sweet corn kernels (2 sweet corn)

Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp
Curry leaves - 8-10
Finely chopped onion 2-3 tbsp
Finely chopped cucumber - 3-4 tbsp
Finely chopped green chilli - according to taste
Finely chopped tomato - 1
Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Chilli flakes - 1/2 tsp or according to taste
Black salt - according to taste
Chaat masala - 3/4 tsp
Red chilli powder (kashmiri)- 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves
Lemon juice - 1lemon
Fresh mint leaves - according to taste (optional)
