Description: MECOnomics is an expense and mileage tracking application that allows employees to easily submit receipts, invoices, and mileage on the go while automatically syncing all data and documents to Google Drive for efficient expense management.

User Guideance:

EXPENSES
Click the + button to add a new expense
Date will default to today but can be changed
Your email will auto-populate
Choose the appropriate category from the dropdown
Enter the vendor name and amount spent
Upload either a PDF of your invoice or an image of your receipt
Add a description of the expense
If this is for a specific client, add their name
Click Save

MILEAGE
Click the + button to add new mileage
Date will default to today but can be changed
Your email will auto-populate
Enter the number of miles driven
Add a description of where you went/purpose of travel
If this was for a specific client, add their name
Click Save

Tips:
You can use this app offline - your entries will sync when you're back online
All uploaded receipts/invoices are stored securely in Google Drive
Remember to submit your entries as they happen for the most accurate tracking
Double-check all amounts and mileage before saving
Make sure your descriptions are clear enough for accounting to understand
