We Had to Shut Down Windsor's City Hall - Electrical Rewiring - Young Electric

Who'd have thought one rat could cause so much damage? Recently in Windsor, Ontario, a rat decided to take a little nibble on some old wiring, and ended up literally blowing up a manhole and melting the wiring within it.

Now we have to shut down both City Hall buildings to fix it.
