This intense 30 MIN follow along workout will help you get that burning feeling and at the same time enhance your fat burn. It's all about targeting and strengthening the glutes and core so your booty increases TONE and your abs POP!

I have chosen and illustrated various combinations of glutes exercises for a BUBBLE BUTT and as well as core exercises for toned and lean ABS !

We all strive for fit and appealing physique especially when the summer is around the corner. So LET'S GET TO WORK TEAM !

Each exercise is 45s on 15s off and this workouts includes 5 mins warm up in the beginning and 2 mins cool down | unwinding stretching in the end to losen up and relax your body.
