Homemade Seasoning Mixes for the Pantry | Everything but the Bagel | No Buttermilk Ranch | Nacho

Nacho mix
4 Tbs Paprika
3 Tbs Onion flakes or powder
2 Tbs ground Coriander
2 Tbs ground Cumin
1 Tbs Garlic powder or granules
1 Tbs Oregano
2 Tbs Corriander flakes (leaves)
Chilli to taste

Ranch Dressing with No buttermilk
1/2 c Milk powder (full fat)
2 tsp Dill ( I would add another for my liking)
1 Tbs Onion powder
1 Tbs Garlic powder
1 Tbs Parsley
1 Tsp Sea salt flakes
1/2 tsp Ground black pepper
1 tsp Chives

To make the dressing
1/2 c Mayo
1/4 c Sour cream
2 Tbs Ranch seasoning mix
You can thin it to the consistency you wish with either milk or water.
Set in the fridge for at least 10 minutes. Good in the fridge for a few weeks or more. dependant on the use-by date of your sour cream.
