Writing Memos & Writing Minutes:- Memos are short written messages used for internal communication within an organization. Minutes are notes taken during a meeting to record important discussion points and decisions made.Example: Memo to inform all employees about a policy change. Minutes of a board meeting summarizing key discussion points.

3. Transcoding:- Transcoding is the process of converting digital data from one format to another. This is often done to ensure compatibility between different devices or systems.Example: Converting a video file from AVI to MP4 format.

4. Preparing Questionnaire:- Questionnaires are structured sets of questions used to collect data or gather feedback from a target audience. They should be well-designed to ensure accurate and relevant responses.Example: A survey questionnaire to gather customer feedback on a new product.

5. Proofreading:- Proofreading involves reviewing written content to identify and correct errors in grammar, punctuation, spelling, and formatting. It helps to improve the quality and accuracy of the text.Example: Proofreading a report before it is finalized and submitted.
