Spinal cord injury Quadriparesis ,Exercises, walking without support

He had a two wheeler accident on 18.08.2019 got fracture C5 with cord compression underwent C5 corpectomy, C4-6 anterior cervical fusion using cage, plate and bone graft. For right humerus fracture had ORIF with LCP on 20.08.2019. On 07.07.2020 he had an excision of right hip myositis ossification.
Therapy aimed for Strengthening, balance training and hand functional activities.
Walking 1km/hour with guarding assistance need rest between 500meters. Concerning Occasional Loss of Balance advised to use tripod for safety concern.
Gave left hand cock-up splint. Upper limb with 3kg, wrist with 1kg dumbbells. Lower limb with 3kg cuff, trunk strengthening exercises, squatting, cycling and standing balance exercises.
