Losing a twin is a unique and deeply emotional experience that can leave a lasting impact on every part of your life. Through sharing my story, I hope to offer understanding, encouragement, and a sense of connection to anyone navigating grief, loss, or the complex emotions that come with it.

Grief can feel isolating, overwhelming, and even confusing—but you are not alone. Healing doesn’t mean forgetting, and moving forward doesn’t mean you loved any less.
