This is a narrated casual walking tour of Georgetown, Seattle's oldest neighborhood, annexed in 1910. This once sleepy industrial part of town is today a vibrant neighborhood with a mix of old buildings, shops, bars and restaurants. However, the high price of doing business coupled with the "situation" has made it difficult for some businesses to continue operating in Seattle. Georgetown, like many neighborhoods has changed and will continue to evolve.
