Fiem’s journey started 5 decades ago when our CMD Mr. J.K. Jain started his journey as a first generation entrepreneur by manufacturing automotive lighting and signaling equipment’s for OEM’s. Today Fiem has 10 State of Art Manufacturing facilities across India equipped with latest technology supported by World-class infrastructure.

Fiem has been supplying to World Reputed Leaders like, Honda, TVS, Yamaha, Suzuki, Harley Davidson and many more.

Fiem’s dedicated team of over 6500 people has been working with passion and following the 4M practices. Fiem is manufacturing more than 250 types of LED lighting products including LED Bulbs, Tubes, Street Lights, Battens, Panel Lights, Flood Lights, Down lights, Hi Bay Lights, Well glass, Bollards, Torches and Solar Lanterns etc.

Fiem also offers Integrated Passenger Information Systems with LED Display for Buses, Railways, Metros, Airports, and Malls etc.

As large market acceleration strategy by the government of India paves way for LED acceleration strategy for high energy efficient LED products, FIEM has established one of INDIA’S largest state of the art, total backward integrated manufacturing setup in compliance with Govt. initiative of “MAKE IN INDIA” programme at Tapukara, Rajasthan.

FIEM is the FIRST LISTED LED LIGHTING COMPANY to get brand approval from DGQA (Directorate General of Quality assurance, Ministry of Defence, Govt. of India) which enhance customer's satisfaction on FIEM products towards quality & reliability. FIEM is also approved by various important Government departments and industry majors.

Being Best in Class (BIC) all plants are IATF 16949: 2016, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001: 2015 and OHSAS 18001:2007 certified. Fiem LED products are licensed by Bureau of Indian standards (BIS) and also certified by BEE (Bureau of Energy Efficiency ) for Star ratings. Fiem has also received COP Certification from RDW (Netherlands) for Testing E Certified products in-house.
