Shoulders are complicated beasts. Being the most mobile joint in our body and the site of attachment for 17 different muscles; they are frequent sites of injury in athletes and tradespeople alike.

The hallmark of a good diagnosis is one that communicates both what is happening, and why. However, many diagnoses for the shoulder can be considered “non-specific” or incomplete. To further complicate the matter, many different shoulder conditions may all present with pain in a very similar location.

In this video, we’ll be going through some poor-quality shoulder diagnoses (and improving them) and learning how to determine exactly what is causing your annoying shoulder pinching pain.
