Vienna Lee Callahan 2023

UCSB Burning Skirts are proud to nominate our beloved captain and team mom, Vienna Lee, for Callahan 2023.

Vienna Lee is a talented player and coach with a decorated career. In 2017, she contributed to Foothill High to the CA HS Boys State Championship Runner-Up position, while also winning the YCC U20 Mixed Championship with the Bay Area Happy Cows that same year. In 2018, Lee represented Team Mexico at the U20 WJUC. Lee continued to demonstrate her leadership skills, serving as Foothill High captain in both 2018 and 2019, and as Cali Roll captain in 2019. That same year, Lee helped Bentley High win the CA High School Girls State Championship title.
Lee's contributions to ultimate extend beyond her playing career. She has also coached and mentored young players, serving as the BADA YCC U17 Assistant Coach in 2020, as a Cali Roll Ultimate Coach, and summer camp mentor. From 2019 to 2021, Lee also coached at Foothill High. After transferring to UCSB after playing college men’s with LPC, Lee was appointed as the Burning Skirts Captain in 2021, continuing her leadership role in the sport. Vienna Lee is a talented and accomplished player and coach, with a passion for developing and inspiring the next generation of athletes.
