This RC Truck Goes Wherever It Wants! - Tamiya Konghead 6x6 | RC Driver

There are some RC machines available where you just take one look at them and say “I have to have that.” The Tamiya Konghead 6x6 RC Truck is one of those machines. It’s slated as a 1/18-scale truck, but when this full build up kit is assembled, it looks more like a 1/10-scale machine. The big “wow” however is it’s 6x6 drivetrain! Yes, six wheels under power to churn and grind the terrain. The truck has a unique look with it’s chassis/ driveline combo making up the center section and independant suspension on all six wheels to damp the ride as it blasts through anything in your way. Topping it off is a cool semi-truck style body that will need to be painted and decaled so if you pick up this kit, make certain you grab some paint along with the electronics such as radio, servo, speed control and battery. In this review/ action video, we’ll go over the Tamiya Konghead’s features, show it in action and give you our final thoughts on the G6-01 platform.
