This is the unreleased mix of the Saigon original, exclusive to the NTSC-U version of GT1. Judging by the processing on the Think breaks, Nico had a bigger hand in this one than the original. I've tried to find the official release for this mix over the past couple of years, but this was the only track that wasn't included on the official soundtrack CD. Even contacted No U-Turn through their site with no luck.
