I woke up today to a platform notification.
Someone had reported my account.
The initial confusion passed.
I didn’t stay with questions like “who” or “why.”
Instead, I turned my attention inward.

Was any fear triggered?
Any anger, contraction, or moment where I handed my sovereignty away?
How did I truly want to meet this situation?
Then I realized—
this was a good opportunity-.
Not for explanation.
Not for resistance.
But to be placed into a frequency container.

If everything happens within consciousness,
why cling to artificial cause-and-effect stories,
instead of entering directly into the frequency behind the action itself?
I chose to hold it with unconditional love.
For me, this felt like the most honest, loving, and alive response.

In the video, I first invite the frequency connected to the intention behind this action.
There is one minute of quiet sensing of this frequency.
Then it is placed into a frequency container,
allowing the alchemy to unfold within the field.

I intentionally avoid defining or explaining the frequency,
so each person may experience it freely.
