Pelvic floor training is usually associated with post partum women as a way to recover from the rigours of childbirth, but there is plenty of benefit of a stronger inner core unit for both men and women!

This workout is a little different than our normal workouts, with no timer, just work!

Some benefits of pelvic floor strengthening:
✅ Improved Urinary Incontinence
✅ Improved bladder control
✅ Improved sexual health for both men and women
✅ Reduced risk of hernias
✅ Improved core stability for better athletic performance

This is a Level 2 pelvic floor workout that begins to integrate the kegel movement into some other basic core exercises.

This pelvic floor workout is suitable for postpartum exercise as early as 8 weeks postpartum! As always, consult with a physician before beginning any new training regimen postpartum and where possible, meet with a pelvic floor specialist for more personalized recommendations!
