Fix Mercury Fuel Problem, Carburetors OK, Bad Fuel pump - OOW Outdoors

I had some fuel problems with my 9.9 4 stroke outboard. I found out that is was a loose screw in the fuel pump. At first i through it was a clogged fuel line but it wasn't. Carburetors are good too.

Smptoms: After priming the fuel bulb the engine can start up and idle but about 1 minute later is will cut out. While it is running the engine will cut out faster depending on speed. So you'll have to manually pump the bulb every 15 seconds to keep the engine running.
