This podcast exists because Brianna has loved French fries for basically her entire life — and at some point we realized the world deserved to hear about it.

In Episode 1, we introduce ourselves and explain how a lifetime of loving fries turned into a podcast nobody asked for… but everybody secretly needs. We talk about why French fries are more than just food — they’re memories.

Because you never just remember the fry.
You remember who you were with.
Where you were.
What you dipped it in.
Ketchup? Ranch? Gravy? Mayo? Something unhinged?
Extra salt? No salt? Seasoned to perfection?

We also lay down the official Fry Time definition of a French fry (yes, rules matter):
If it’s a potato, it’s been fried at least once, and it was cut at some point — it counts.

From there, we start breaking down the legendary categories:
