Üzerinde Gümüşhane İline bağlı Kürtün İlçesi sınırları içerisinde 1545 metre rakımda Gökçebel barajı bulunmaktadır. Dere Güce ilçesinin batısında bulunan Espiye ilçesine bağlı Arpacık köyü yakınlarında Karadoğa deresi ile birleşir. Uzunluğu 80 km dir.

Gelevera Valley: The valley formed by Gelevera Creek and its branches takes its name from Gelevera plateau. Also known as Özlüce Creek. Gökçebel dam is located at an altitude of 1545 meters within the boundaries of the Kurun District of Gumushane Province.
