Home made poststickers done on the griddle!

We love potstickers! Here is a mostly home made version that is easy to assemble with readily available ingredients. The process of using ice and cooking them on the griddle is dang near fool proof! Thank god we all have griddles LOL. We hope you give it a shot! Enjoy! TGG

ingredients:
appx 1lbs ground pork
1 package wonton wrappers (referigerated at your market)
7 green onions, whites and greens
4 garlic cloves-minced
3 teaspoons minced ginger
3TBSP Double Dark Sory Sauce
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
Salt to taste

For the Ginger sauce
Equal parts brown sugar and dobule dark soy sauce
Minced Green onion for garnish
Minced Ginger to taste
