We are on the beautiful lake Apopka, one of several lakes included in the Harris Chain of Lakes. It’s October in Florida, and a cold front has just pasted through. The offshore bite didn’t pan out so I focused on the shoreline area. A moving bait was the deal, fished around reeds, pads, and stickups! I put together an interesting bait combination that I’ve never heard of and it produced!! I fished the day with a giant bass and a five fish total close to 19 pounds! Enjoy!!
