Hello besties! It’s Monday again and here we are with our Monday vlog! Mondays are always a challenge for the boys because waking up early is a big struggle for them.

Today’s menu is delicious! For breakfast, they’re having cheesy bread and eggs with sausages, and a yummy carrot and banana smoothie. For lunch, they’re enjoying fried plantain and beans with some grilled chicken.

Our word of the day was Integrity. I explained to them what integrity means and why it’s so important to have integrity in our daily lives. They also started their day with positive morning affirmations.
