The Red Pill is an ideology (or praxeology, according to its founder "Rational Male" Rollo Tomassi) that has been rising within the Manosphere over the past few years. However, with key players in the scene disavowing or claiming it over - such as Tate and Sneako - and viewers gradually turning away from the likes of Fresh and Fit and the Whatever podcast, it would appear its popularity is now on decline.
