Anvil - Anvil is a city in the Gold Coast region in far southwestern Cyrodiil, on the Abecean Sea west of Skingrad and Kvatch at the end of the Gold Road. The city is known for its prosperous harbor. The Redguards have had a notable influence on the local architecture, which is of a similar style to that of nearby Hammerfell.

The city is divided into two districts: the main district within the walls features most businesses, guild halls, the Chapel of Dibella, and private homes, while the harbor just outside the walls to the south features a few services and a pair of docked ships. Similar to Skingrad, Anvil Castle is outside the city walls, on an island to the south. The Countess of Anvil is Millona Umbranox, whose husband has been missing for several years. The city also features a haunted manor.

Kvatch - Kvatch is a city in the Gold Coast region in southwestern Cyrodiil, between Anvil and Skingrad along the Gold Road. It is built atop a large bluff, raising the city above the surrounding landscape. County Kvatch extends far to the northwest, up to the Brena River at the border of Hammerfell.

The city was home to an arena, the imposing Kvatch Castle, and the Chapel of Akatosh, but was overrun by Daedra emerging from an Oblivion Gate.

Skingrad - Skingrad is a city in the West Weald region in southwestern Cyrodiil, southwest of the Imperial City along the Gold Road. The city is famous for its wines, with vineyards owned by the Surilie brothers (Davide and Gaston) and Tamika found outside the walls.

The city is divided into two districts connected by a pair of bridges: the northern district primarily features businesses and guild halls, while the southern district features private homes and the Great Chapel of Julianos. Similar to Anvil, Castle Skingrad is outside the city walls, on a hilltop overlooking the city. The Count of Skingrad is Janus Hassildor, a reclusive wizard who is reportedly a vampire. The house available for purchase in the city, Rosethorn Hall, is the largest and most expensive you can buy. The city also features a house filled with undead and a sealed house hosting an interesting party.

Bravil - Bravil is a city in the Nibenay Valley region in southern Cyrodiil, on Niben Bay south of the Imperial City along the Green Road. The Larsius River passes through and around the city, serving as its sewer. The city is frequently described as the poorest in the province, with a damp climate due to the nearby marshes and bay and a simple wooden architectural style.

The city is dominated by the Great Chapel of Mara. The Count of Bravil is Regulus Terentius, an arrogant noble whose son is known to frequent the local skooma den. The city features a beautiful garden outside the castle.

Leyawiin - Leyawiin is a city in the Blackwood region in far southern Cyrodiil, near the mouth of the Niben River south of Bravil at the end of the Green Road. The river passes through the city before emptying into Topal Bay to the south. The region is humid, with the city featuring a significant Khajiit and Argonian population due to its proximity to Elsweyr and Black Marsh.

The city is dominated by the Great Chapel of Zenithar. The Count of Leyawiin is Marius Caro, who resides in the castle with his wife. The city features the guild hall of the mercenary Blackwood Company, and is troubled by local bandits and skooma dealers.
