President Obama: No Such Thing as a Completely Free Lunch

President Obama was in Indiana on Friday to push his community college plan. While addressing the crowd at Ivy Tech Community college, he laid out the criteria for his initiative. He did remind students that the program was not "two years of free goofing off."
