Jollof Rice Recipe
The recipe I used in this video ( please I measure in cups - standard cups)

Rice - 30 cups
Tomato puree/paste - 5 cups
Tomatoes Blended and Boiled - 3 cups
Tatase Blended and Boiled -3 cups
15 onion bulbs (blend 6), fry 6 initial stage then 3 final stage
Margarine / butter (1/2 cup)
1/2 cup ginger and garlic paste
Bayleaf -15 pieces
Dried Thyme 1/2 cup
Curry Powder 1/2 cup
Beef seasoning 1/2 cup
Beef stock (1 quart)
Salt to taste (this depends on how seasoned your stock is)
Vegetable Oil
Water - enough to cover the rice (about an inch or two above the rice
