Icebreaker Activity: Would You Rather...

So, here is the deal. You will be given 10 perplexing and complicated situations. These scenarios will be structured as “Would you rather…” questions. This means you have to choose your preference for each situation. No, there may not be an ideal answer. And yes, you might not want to choose one. However, once again, you must choose one of the answers.

Be prepared to share your rationale and thinking for each.

Let’s begin.

1. Would you rather be able to talk to animals or speak a language of your choosing?

2. Would you rather be trapped in a broken elevator or stuck on a broken ski lift?

3. Would you rather change your eye color or hair color?

4. Would you rather have a key that opens every door or a car that never breaks down?

5. Would you rather be overwhelmingly busy or extremely bored.

6. Would you rather have a beautiful voice or be a magnificent dancer?

7. Would you rather be a famous movie star or President of the United States?

8. Would you rather visit Japan or Thailand?

9. Would you rather have 11 dogs or 11 cats?

10. Would you rather be able to manipulate time or control the weather?
