Yamaha Montage M8x - Their Flagship Synth Is More Powerful Than Ever!

It's here! The highly-anticipated new Montage synthesisers from Yamaha - the Montage M series.

The latest generation of flagship synths inspires new sound exploration with expressive controls for making music, with more power than ever before. Featuring three sound engines - FM-X, AWM2 (which has been improved) and the brand new AN-X - and an incredible 400 note total polyphony, the tonal possibilities are endless. There's also the highly-acclaimed VCM rotary speaker effect from the YC series!

What's more, the M8x features polyphonic aftertouch to elevate your performance even further, and has redesigned performance and workflow controls for better, faster and easier hands-on manipulation of your sound.

Adding to its power, the new Montage M series offers twice the memory over its predecessor with an increase from 5.67GB to 9.97GB of Preset Wave memory, and an increase from 1.75 to 3.8GB of User flash memory. Plus, you’ll find a host of new sounds and instruments, including pianos, orchestral instruments, drums, and more!
