Pallet Wood Sign with Custom Stencils

This is a wood sign I did for our master bedroom. The sign itself is just recycled pallet planks that were sanded enough just to get the dirt and grime off, and then stained with a single coat of standard Minwax.

Reference the stencils: I felt this was a perfect example of the versatility of the product we offer. The new name might be Weapon Stencils but they can be used for anything.

Also, these are way over-sized compared to the standard sheets on our website. The M is about 22"x22" and the Miller is 34" inches long.

You'll notice it takes a couple people to place a stencil this size, but we offer custom orders and even large orders like this.

As for the rest....I just used basic white and black latex paint right over top of the stain and it worked great. I used VERY little paint on the brush to get that weather effect and although it's not in the video, I did do some light sanding at the edges to give it the final touches.
