Going out for sushi isn't the experience it once was 😷 so I'm here to teach you how to make spicy tuna roll at home. It's super easy and delicious!

Ingredients:
2Cups Tuna
2TB Sriracha
1TB Low sodium soy sauce
1TB Sesame oil
1TB Hot sesame oil
2tsp Sea salt
1TB Sesame seeds
1TB Black sesame seeds

🍣 Sushi Rice 🍣
2C Koshihikari Short Grain Rice
2C + 1/8C Water

🍣 Sushi Vinegar 🍣
1C Rice Vinegar (unseasoned)
1C Sugar
1T Kosher salt
3" Konbu
[In a pot add all of the ingredients. Bring the mixture to a simmer and turn off heat. Let cool before using. Once the rice has cooked, place on a large plate a pour 1/2C of sushi vinegar onto the back of a spoon over the rice. Mix the vinegar into the rice by folding and set aside to cool. Place in a bowl covered with a damp towel to keep the rice moist.]
