最近在油管上有几位澳洲房产“老师”发布了相关视频，看过以后，让我有直接打人的冲动。因为他们分享出来的东西并不是出于自己的经验，只是照搬了其他人许多年前的总结。信息和理论完全错误，会对澳洲房产买家形成误导。这些误导比无良中介口吐莲花的杀伤力还要大。我们这次就用事实说话，拨云见日，细数那些澳洲人绝不会买的9大房产类型，为您买房决策守住底线。
澳洲人绝对不买的房产，第一类就是银行不喜欢的房产。理论上讲，如果银行不愿意贷款的房产会很难卖掉。银行不贷款是因为有风险。没有贷款加持，买你房子的人就只能全部用现金支付，限制了接盘侠群体的大小，更难出手。这个理论听到这里都是很有道理的。但是那位油管“老师”的分享内容，我最不同意的就是这一个部分。我们具体看一下。
