Sorya started bartending during her college years as a part time job and fell into the bar industry. She was
trained by excellent mentors where she discovered her passion and dedication for spirits, mixing and creating drinks while she was working at SODA Soul'n Spirits & The Monkey Club (two major cocktail bars in Lyon, France).

When she arrived in Phnom Penh 2016, she realized there were only a few places to enjoy quality drinks and a they were pricey so she decided to open FizZ which is a Cocktail bar and Miam a French & Asian fusion restaurant with her colleagues. Her love of discovering new things brought her to this point so join her as she shows you what Phnom Penh has to offer in Mixology with Sorya at The World Taste.
