💛Ingredients (4 breads):
430-450 g all-purpose white flour
1 1/3 tsp instant yeast (5 g)

150 ml lukewarm water
100 ml lukewarm milk
1 large egg
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 tbsp oil (25-30 ml) vegetable or avocado

about 40 g butter
1 tbsp milk
sesame seeds, flaxseeds

A little bit of oil to grease the bowl
Water

Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C/350°F for about 25 min

It’s important to watch the dough consistency as shown in the video. We all have different flour and egg size may vary. So, you may need a little more or less flour.
